Mike and his crew just finished my deck/fencing project, and I couldn't be more thrilled! I knew they would be good, but they're even better than I expected. They replaced a section of my fence that was bowing toward my neighbor, and replaced and expanded my deck. I opted for the composite decking because I didn't want to fool with having to replace it in just a few years, nor did I want to deal with the upkeep of a wood deck. It's beautiful! The crew was courteous, prompt and professional. They cleaned up the area where they staged their tools and supplies and left the area ready to enjoy. I highly recommend them, and I will be hiring them for a couple more projects that I need to have done!

Dunn Construction did an amazing job building me a beautiful deck. I had them use the TREX. I’m telling you it is very well built . They pay attention to detail. My neighbor watched as they built my deck and now she’s having them build her a deck just like mine.

We highly recommend Mike Dunn Construction . He tore down a 30 year old deck and replaced it with a high quality TREX deck. He and his crew did an excellent job and were always professional from start to finish.

Mike and his team at Dunn Construction did a great job with our deck repair project. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about the quality of the finished product. They even fixed a few things which weren’t part of the original quote simply because they could. Can’t ask for more than that. Awesome guys to work with, highly recommend!

Mike was very responsive all the way through the project. We laid out our vision with him and he found the products we wanted. The final product is awesome and we are thrilled with it. He and his employees were extremely considerate of our property and did not leave anything behind when the project was complete! Even the cat enjoyed the new playground. I strongly recommend you get a bid from Dunn Construction if you want great workmanship at a fair price. We needed an entry way shed roof installed overtop of exterior basement walkup stairs. The drain at the bottom landing has always been in danger of being blocked by leaves or snow, or just overwhelmed by heavy rain. Dunn Construction’s solution looks nice and was built solid. I spec’d a metal roof - they did a great job flashing the header/roof to side of the house and reinstalling my vinyl siding. The heavy heavy rain we all saw during last week's flooding (April 2025) was easily handled by the shed roof. Mike is easy to work with and his crew is very skilled and respectful. I plan on having him back later this year to help rehabilitate an 18-year-old back deck.

Thank you Mike for the beautiful deck! Mike Dunn and his crew were very professional and great to work with. Mike was quick to respond to my texts. He was very detailed and asked lots of questions to ensure I was happy. He searched to find better prices on the special items, helping to get my costs down. And I love the end result, including the custom built flower boxes and bench seating. I would definitely hire him again.
